Vita Activa: The Spirit of Hannah Arendt is a documentary that grapples with the life, work, and controversies of the "prolific and unclassifiable thinker" that the New York Times called to be "more relevant than ever." The documentary focuses on Arendt's encounter with the trial of Eichmann, a high-ranking Nazi, and the insights into the nature of evil, totalitarianism, ideologies, and the perils faced by refugees.
