The College of Charleston’s German Program; School of Languages, Cultures, and World Affairs; Career Center; and School of Business, in partnership with The Citadel and Trident Technical College, are proud to present the 5th German-American Business Summit.

Held in a completely virtual environment due to the ongoing pandemic, the summit brings together German companies in the Southeastern US and beyond that are seeking to establish stronger ties to undergraduate education in the region. This year’s event will consist of a virtual Career & Company Info Sessions recruiting portion; keynote presentations and panel discussions from business leaders on pressing issues in German-American industry; and a virtual networking reception. 

The Career & Company Info Sessions: (10 am - 4 pm)

Companies may register here. This portion of the summit targets German companies in the Southeastern states and beyond that are interested in recruiting talent to meet workforce needs and drive innovation in German-American industry within the region. This year, companies will have the opportunity to host a scheduled info session for interested students as well as individual one-on-one meetings with students. Whether or not your company is actively hiring, the virtual Career & Company Info Sessions are a great way to establish contact with future interns and employees.

Leask Distinguished Chair in Information Management and Innovation, with additional commentary from industry leaders in the Charleston area.
